Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with BackToCAD software purchased directly from BackToCAD Technologies LLC, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund.

Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license.

BackToCAD Technologies LLC reserves the right to disable any serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
If your software was purchased through a 3rd party (for example RegSoft), it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
